Our default is fully custom built websites - no templates, no builders, just clean code built specifically for your business. That said, if you persoanlly a website builder, we are happy to work with that too. We will always recommend what is best for you rather than what is easiest for us.

We build our e-commerce stores on Shopify. It is the most trusted and widely used e-commerce platform available and gives your customers a seamless, secure shopping experience. We handle the full setup from design through to launch.

We manage all hosting through Hostinger on your behalf. You do not need to worry about servers, uptime or technical configuration - we handle all of it as part of our hosting service so you can focus on running your business.

Maintenance covers anything your website needs to keep running well - from updating copy when your pricing or services change, to bug fixes, performance checks and security updates. No job is too small. If you anticipate needing frequent changes we can set up a monthly retainer, otherwise we work on an hourly rate.

Yes - every website we build comes with a one year guarantee. If anything breaks or has a technical issue within the first year after launch we will fix it at no extra cost. We stand behind the quality of our work.

The main thing we need from you is your branding - logos, fonts, colours and any existing brand files. If there are gaps in your branding we can work with you to fill them. For copy and written content, you know your business better than anyone so we ask clients to provide this, though we are happy to offer guidance on structure and what each page needs.

You will work with both Holly and Luke throughout your project. We set up a group chat with every client so you always have a convenient, direct line to us both at every stage of the build.

Any bugs or technical issues within the first year are covered under our guarantee at no cost. For new content, design changes or additional features after launch, we work on an hourly rate. If you anticipate needing regular updates we can arrange a monthly maintenance retainer which works out better value for frequent changes.
