Initial Call
A relaxed one hour conversation - Google Meet or phone - where we get to know your business, your goals and what you need. We ask the right questions and share insights you may not have considered. The more we know at this stage, the better the website we can build.

Quote and Contract
Within 48 hours we will send a detailed quote - no vague estimates, just a clear breakdown of cost and scope. Once accepted, we send over our Terms of Engagement to sign and take a 50% deposit to get started. Your timeline is agreed and locked in at this stage.
Step 03
Content Gathering
Before design begins we collect everything we need - logo files, brand colours, fonts and page copy. Branding gaps are common at this stage and we will help you fill them. You supply the copy since you know your business best, and we give you clear guidance on exactly what is needed.
Step 04
Design
Our designers work in Figma to create designs tailored specifically to your project - full designs or focused wireframes depending on complexity. You get two rounds of revisions before anything moves to development. Your sign off is the green light to build.
Step 05
Development
We build your website from scratch - fast, accessible and clean code with technical SEO built in as standard. You have access to a live preview link throughout so you can see progress at any point, and our shared group chat keeps you in the loop at every stage.
Step 06
Testing
Every website goes through thorough testing before it goes near a live domain - Lighthouse performance and accessibility checks, testing across multiple desktop and mobile devices, and manual testing of every link, button and form. It only launches when we are confident it is ready.
Step 07
Launch
We pick a launch day together and handle everything - domain transfer, go live and active monitoring once the site is live. Your website is fully managed and hosted by us so the experience is as hands off as possible. Every build comes with a one year guarantee on bug fixes.
